I want more to carni to, but just like I used to enjoy vegan and now can't stand two days, carni doesn't make me feel really right. I have a pumpkin in the fridge I'm really looking forward to😁 I believe it's important not to push things, maybe women feel differently than men about it.

Have you done blood work to set if you're low on any minerals? You'll need to do an extended assay, most basic bloodwork won't test for things like selenium.

Your body might be trying to find what it needs and doing bloodwork might help shortcut the process.

Never did. Well, during pregnancies I got a ton of tests, but all was fine within any limitsπŸ€” I'm taking now D and mag, other than that not much really.
