It used to be called "anti-gravity". The right expression is "Gravity control technology". And we already got it.
Now we want to achieve #FieldPropulsion.
Help us get there, please re-post this note.

idk what this system involves but i know from my research that it has been found that resonant chambers can create a configuration of electrons that imparts impulse without consuming material (only involving electrons) and that my personal hypothesis is that a tesla coil style circuit with an ultra high frequency resonator at the emitter end would probably produce a gravity nullification effect
i remember when the Em-Drive was first announced and then the chorus of poo-pooing about how it was considered to be impossible to create impulse without ejection of mass and then suddenly NASA was experimenting it for long range probe engines and as far as i know, nobody has tested the configuration of a dual chamber resonator (pear shaped) combined with the emissions of a tesla coil, and i am almost certain what happens is you can accelerate electrons into a state of dual electron (left and right spin) that maintains its orbit for long enough to act as a temporary matter particle and thus create impulse
where i go a bit further is saying that this is how all gravity works, and that the electrons OUTSIDE of atoms are where it's happening, and it's a phenomenon of surface tension equilibriation
We already know, thanks to Einstein, how gravity works, it's defined by the internal clock of the atom.
If you can control the spin of an electron at will you can then slow it down or speed it up and thus control gravity (and mass).
exactly, that's precisely where my hypothesis comes from
i don't know how much mass you can temporarily create from electrons though, it probably will require at least nuclear power systems to do this in practice...
What you describe sounds more like a scalar weapon.
They do require a lot of energy, and they may temporarily create matter.
