Another option is if your office is separated enough, you can run an unmodded s9 in an adjacent room and keep the doors open. You'll still get the heat and the noise is mitigated from the separation. It may take a little time to normalize the temp differences and you may want a small fan to blow the warm air into the office but it's a doable solution with basically no modification. You'll have to contend with the noise but if it's too much you can always try the mods at that time
