I use the phrase in reference to how blacks interact and communicate when they speak privily amongst themselves. I can't give a definition of an entire culture any more than you can define what blacks mean when they say someone is "acting white". The context of the OP is the danger whites perceive, not haphazardly, and the confrentation they face when they are in a majority black territory where whites are not welcome, and experience nowhere else. The context speaks for itself. If you are insinuating that I hate blacks, you would be incorrect. The target of the OP is not blaming blacks for their circumstances, nor making any blanket statements about all blacks. I'm using 'black culture' as a noun, a feality that everyone understands if they have lived more than 20 years. Yes I understand blacks think this is a magic phrase that itself is dangerous if uttered by a white, and must be sliced to death. If this is your aim, this is testimony of the sucess of newspeak. Black Culture what you witness when you find yourself driving past the scene of a gangbang in a black neighborhood where a young white boy on a skateboard is lying facedown in a pool of blood. This akin to what I suspect you yourself have witnessed. Its what everyone who doesent want to wind up like that boy avoids and decides to uproot their 8-generations of history in a city and move away, far away. Its not every aspect of the american black's subculture. Neither are blacks the only group who face being identified with a culture, I myself not being free from this experience. But, it's your leading question itself that reflects black culture, seeking out possible "white racists" to accuse and demean, while protecting an identity that upholds hate and crime as an ideal, so long as it's aim is to tear down "the rich oppressors". It is black culture to blame whites for their troubles, the same as it is white culture to blame Jews, or kings, or banks, or colonists, or Muslims, or the deep-state, or India, or China, or Russia for their sorry state.
