No blockchain can scale globally. Blockchains scales linearly (the more transactions per second you need, the more bytes per minute and bigger blocks needs stronger nodes [look at the fucking shitcoin Solana and their node requirements]).
Linear scaling is not enough - Lightning scales exponentially.
