Well… I can answer the over part. Because the speed limits are bizarrely low and should be 20 mph higher.

Yes. Low speedlimits are for funding local police to be able to capture more revenue. 😀

Yes. What I’m trying to say is it’s a complete strategy that allows them to pull anyone over for any reason whenever they choose. It’s pretty gross and transparent.
