I can understand why and empathize, but at the same time, if someone doesn't want to risk coming across content they aren't expecting, then maybe the places on Nostr that anyone can post anything for everyone to see aren't the places for them to frequent.
The entire point of Nostr is speech that is uncensorable, which means you will hear and see things in the public areas that you don't like and would rather not have seen, and that you would not want your spouse or employer looking over your shoulder when you happened upon it.
If you don't like that, then you cultivate a list of people to follow who only post what you are fine with seeing, and stay there.
The bottom line is, anywhere that people can post whatever they want in a public forum, you are guaranteed to eventually get people posting NSFW content. You either need to be able to live with that, or there need to be better options for people to filter it out if they don't want to see it.
