They’re great particularly for people with braces, fixed retainers or dexterity issues. It doesn’t replace string floss though.

In a podcast last month you recommended using electric toothbrush over regular toothbrush. Do you have a brand or model that you prefer over others?

I like the Sonicare. It’s what my husband and I use. Some people complain that it feels “tickly” from the bibration when brushing and prefer the Oral B.

Mid range on either brush is fine. Most patients don’t use the bells and whistles on the top end models.

Costco and Sam’s usually have deals on them which beat our wholesale prices.

Oh thank you. The best feature is the timer which enforces time spent on each quadrant. My wife couldn’t use the Oral B as it caused her hand to vibrate or shake for a long time after use. Must be those delicate surgeon’s hands. 🤔
