This will sound absolutely insane.

Imagine if there is a way in clients to add/remove "extensions".

Example:

I am on #Damus, I can click add Zap.stream it will be added in the menu. And you get a light weight Zap.stream view with - minimal functionality. Damus becomes my signer as well.

Profit.

This was the route I wanted snort to take - widgets on paid plans.

One of the things that are yet to be explored are micropayments.

Micropayments meaning not subscriptions. Actually micro-payments for micro-services.

I’m actually thinking of implementing this on my todo list app.

For example (and you can extrapolate from here to other creative micro-services), translation.

Translate one note for 5 sats on the spot. Available for all.

Not translation is not a very good example since everyone provides it. But I am sure devs can be creative.

5 sats to cross-post note to

5 sats to pin note to profile description.

I don’t know… so many things could come of this.
