Your state is run my morons, and you are being robbed by a legal cartel that aims to give special privileges to those that give up their information to 3rd parties.

Why else would they offer a discount for EZ pass users, while being able to run plates to send tolls. The payment systems even run on the same website. Seems kinda, dumb. Doesnt it?
