It’s interesting as this is the first time it’s happened in nearly 4 months. I downloaded current at least a few weeks ago. Is it the type of tag or link?
Did they recently update? Handling of those links may have come in a recent update.

Yes 👍 and since Current was installed more recently than Damus, iOS is using Current as your default for opening nostr: links.
