Mystery solved. Thought I had an egg eater, been checking nest boxes several times a day, no joy until just now.

Seem that one of the flock has a mega calcium deficiency issue. This egg is paper thin, so been breaking on laying.

Will chuck in some more shell but it's only one not an underlying nutrition issue. Always something.
