The more I study history, the more I can’t help to think that there will be steady increase in social unrest as the US empire continues to disintegrate real time.
Do others think that #bitcoin can slow down or even stop this train wreck of a financial system before it fully collapses? Or is this simply part of the path dependence for #bitcoin to emerge as hardest asset know to man?
Sadly bitcoin will not allow us to avoid the pain. But it will help us weather the storm and rebuild. Pain is coming.
Pain felt will be weakness and inefficiency leaving the political/financial system. We’ll worth it in long run.
The pain will be felt by all, but the worst fiat offenders will suffer the most as the lose their status and access to easy money.

Agreed. Their are millions who are being punished with corrupt rulers and debasing currencies and no ability to save…they are the big winners. But society will fracture as the bad guys won’t simply roll over. They will fight like a cornered animal…but are doomed to lose. It’s just math.
