We may not “want” the CBDC’s to come into existence, but it will happen.

How do I know?

It’s foretold in the Bible, in Revelation 13:17 it says:

“no one shall be able to buy or sell except one who has the stamp, the beast’s name or the number of its name.”

All those who won’t submit to the New World Order or UN or whatever we will call it at that time, will be cut off from economic activities.

You can’t stop the prophetic word. Things will get worse before they get better.

My hope is that Bitcoin is an ark that allows a parallel economy. My fear is that it's destroyed out co-opted by the State.

And if you really wanna get crazy... bitcoin is millenneal reign money. CBDC's will be used during the tribulation, but bitcoin will by used in the following 1000 year reign of Christ on earth. It's the only money that's worthy.

I’m curious about that 🤔. Would we need money during the 1000y reign at all? I guess a lot of people will need to be educated on the virtues of… well, virtues.

But once they understand that you can help a fellow out because of Agape (love), you don’t need to receive any money for it in return.

I think the entire concept of “economy” as we know it is a Satanic idea in itself. Adam and Eve had for a very short while the perfect currency: time. If they wanted to do something they just did it. It’s only after becoming imperfect that we need tit-for-tat and barter and money.

The millennial reign is not heaven, or the new earth. I personally believe there will be no need for money in heaven (new earth). The millennial reign is before that; basically earth as it exists now with saints and sinners, only Christ and the saints will be in charge while Satan is imprisoned.

It can be delayed, though. There's no reason it has to happen now. We could have 10,000 years of freedom with BTC before that happens.

they can only fully control the dense urban areas, governments are inefficient and centralised solutions don't work in more sparsely populated areas, policing compliance is too expensive outside of the cities

technological arc is always moving towards more decentralisation, there is a lot of stuff that can be done now far from the business centers than ever could be before
