I brought up Bitcoin around a new acquaintance. He was immediately triggered so I pushed just a little. He eventually settled on a story that he bought back at a $1 and already did well enough with the "investment" and no longer has interest as a result. I call bullshit. I think he gambled and lost and is super butt hurt that he could have just held. The blinders we choose to wear in order to protect our egos are intense.
