Make no mistake-- Moving to a higher-signal social media network is a tangible upgrade to what you're feeding your brain.
With that established, I will confidently argue it's not hyperbolic to say that transitioning your social media presence to Nostr, and encouraging your friends to do so as well, is pushing the needle forward on improving mental health globally.
