You can turn off unfollow and follow notifications. I think this is an issue that only primal has due to those being enabled. Most other clients don't bother with them.
i hope this does not reflect the nostr demographics. more bots than people.
I've been here for 2 years and don't have any issues. Cultivate your follows, and mute when you need to, you'll be fine.
Primal should really remove notifications from people on the mute list. It's my nr 1 frustration using primal
It's a pretty obvious feature too. Hard to understand why it hasn't been implemented. I don't use it primarily because it doesn't support signing in with anything other than nsec. That's a hard no for me.
