I'm not sure what's going on but it doesn't look good. My only thought was that if they were autos you may have waited too long to harvest. They are quite a bit further ahead than my plants which made me think they might be autos.

I'm by no means an expert so definitely ask around more to see what's going on. Is it moldy at all?
Nope! Got a lot of mold last year, this year it’s much dryer.
Sure looks like budrot to me. You'll find out for sure soon enough.
