I updated the list of relays that gossip offers new users. This was difficult. Not many relays meet the requirements, and I wanted 20 of them.

Even after filtering out a lot of relays, more than half of the ones I tested don't accept notes from the public. We have a lot of relay specialization now.

That is fine and good. BUT it makes writing a client more difficult.

Well, in particular, it makes selecting INBOX and OUTBOX relays more difficult. I guess I client can just punt that job to the end users like we do now, but it sure would be nice if a client could figure out which relays are suitable for such jobs. And to do that, clients either need to get relay information from some relay testing service, or do the relay testing themselves (which might be expensive, and the probes might clutter nostr a bit).
