Looks like a Lightning validating desinger as a device, so your LN nodes keys wouldn't be on your node but on this device, so your keys aren't sitting on a device connected to the internet, will create more friction when you need to update channels and all that but could save you in the long run against bad software on your node, shoody internet connections or in person attack
