They do have like a default mock worker on there. I think it's kind of an example. I just leave it there. Have been running braiins for ~4 years and has been there the whole time.

Newbe question so now that im in this pool if braiins finds a block ill get 50 sats. I know not to expect much but im still learning and i dont pay for electricity
Correct. You will have to set a payout address (on chain), after 1M sats they will payout (without fees) to that address. They can payout more frequently but they charge you some fee.
I do believe they have some lightning payout option as well but I have not experimented with that.
