I hit the Block & Hide on Amethyst. Wonder if that actually blocks them from interacting? Or just hides everything they do from only you?

it depends. i reported this time and i still get notifications for his stuff.
i really dislike blocking or reporting. i think even hateful speech has uses... even if it's just for people to know who to block.
it takes a lot for me to clock people. i'd rather talk to them.
this was much much easier back in the 1980s because it was all face to face and when it's face to face bullies back down faster.

Client side, it just (sometimes poorly) disallows displaying notes and reactions from the npubs on the list.
This is very different than running your own relay that doesn't accept notes and other stuff from blacklisted npubs. This kind of annoys me as the data is still being transmitted, which seems a waste.
Yep. I can delete a post, but it's still there. People just can't interact with it. They could still screenshot it 🤷🏼♀️😭
