Day 7 of my #nicotine experiment. Suspicious that it’s disrupting my sleep a bit with the patches, so switched to chewing gum. Got a really good night sleep. Dr. Jack Kruse have convinced me, even thought I did not like it. I’m going to do less of (#bluelight) screen time daily, by switching over to analog Bullet Journaling instead of Obsidian (even if I love that software so much). No screens after 20:30.
