Imagine any of these Johnny come latelys using a laptop they ripped the hard drive and WiFi card out of to make a paper wallet. Printing the paper wallet and then smashing the printer and computer with a hammer. Laminating the paper wallets, making duplicates. Using holographic tape and fireproof bags to secure it… nah bro.
