Not concerned about muscle or bone/organ loss as I still fill my daily calorie needs, just within a 6 hour window.
Are you concerned with muscle loss, bone loss and organ loss? I’ve done fasting and felt okay for a while and considering getting back to it.
I wonder if Cate Shanahan (pro keto/carnivore) is missing some data or if the n=1 “studies” are adequate.
