I could be wrong but stream is a bit different? I think zap.stream only supports live streaming of the videos whereas I'm looking for more of a repository on-demand video replay sorta thing?

It could be utilized live like when a 2.0 Podcaster does a live stream but in the same way that RSS works as a public audio only repository... I'm sorta envisioning similar but tacking on video. Of course zap splits is by default a must-have.
