It’s been a while since I had a breakfast of #sourdough toast and eggs; I had forgotten how good it can be! Especially when you make toast the way I stumbled upon while camping at #Porcfest one year.

Just like our apartment now, when camping, there is no toaster. But when you pan fry a slice of bread in butter on both sides… especially butter that is also cooking eggs… I am sure that if more people tried this, toaster sales would plummet 😂 it’s so much better!
