I’ll see if he wants to spring for a seacan and a couple dozen J Pro’s lol. We produce enough wood chips we could likely run a wood gasifier in the yard behind the shop and get our power down to a few cents a kW-h.

Plus the heat from the miners could heat the shop for free if you live somewhere cold

Yup, northern AB. Great place for it. If we wanted to we could just order a premade skid from Upstream Data whose manufacturing facility is only an hour and a half away. All self contained with a generator in one half and then racks/PDU’s on the other side of the enclosure. They’re deploying these units on oil and gas sites here, burning what otherwise would be flared gas.
