Of course I don't want to ignore incentives, they matter a lot. They play into the cover up. Nobody wants to admit their mistakes, especially if it could lead to liability.

But for people to want to stifle debate they don't need to be part of a shadowy cabal...

As to justice... I favour a public investigation and class action lawsuits similar to those the tobacco industry faced. Fines. Civil liability.

Nuremberg2 seems extreme unless very bad faith can be proven.

Exception to the above: govt. officials that implemented mandates should face criminal liability.

Mandating an experimental (by definition!) medication is criminal. A clear violation of the Nuremberg code.

An EUA does not magically move time forward and transform a new experimental treatment into a time-tested treatment. Neither time nor science work that way.
