Nostr clients are probably just a gazillion different implementations of a couple of SDKs.

Mfw I write something hardly anyone understands the deeper implications of, and someone hits my note with a *like*.
In parts. Remember only nip 01 is mandatory, everything else is a protocol on top of the protocol. But yes, there are some great SDKs out there who make the life of Devs way way easier and I hope the SDK Devs receive enough funding, long term ideally.
NIP01 keeps getting longer and more complex, as do the others. Developers will be increasingly dependent upon using an SDK to keep up with NIP changes, I think, even if they only use NIP01.
