Watched Weapons (2025), a psychological horror movie directed by Zach Cregger. 17 children disappear at the same time in the night, in a small town. They’re all from the same class. The next morning, only one boy is left in that class. A grieving father and the class teacher try to uncover what’s going on. Dark supernatural evil is tied to the remaining child’s great aunt. The movie is non linear. It has surreal imagery, disjointed plot and very disturbing scenes. It explores themes of control, trauma and danger. I really enjoyed this one. Really shocking at times. 8.7/10
