Good that you raise the timestsmps issue that will inevitably stop Bitcoin in the future if not solved, it is the most important thing to fix on #Bitcoin but nobody is working on it. The sooner this problem get solve the better it is. If you need to help Bitcoin development then support devs who care about the issue
