Thanks for the idea... I was actually getting it to see how it would taste with my ground chicken (or game meats) jerky! Testing begins soon.

I should have some deer meats soon. I have not smoke a lot of it. I have usually used Worcestershire. I do want to try it. What I like about that brand I buy is that it is mackerel and not anchovies . It does not smell as bad and seems to be less noticeable with a fishy taste.
