Lol I watched until the end too
My comments at the end are that there is not enough responsibility on the issuers. Instead, the SEC burdens all responsibility on the bottom level (those that the top level degrade as “retail” that they “offload” to) to manage investment risk. If the bottom level is so bottom, why would the SEC think they have the capacity to take on such an important task?
Still haven't finished, I had to go back and screen record a couple parts lol but no surprise there, glad to hear they're pissed though
But my take is definitely that they are under/poorly staffed and creating an unprecedented amount of rules lol one of the most repeated things probably
