I start to try new alternative to coffee = for now I am creating #nocoffeechain and #experimentchain 😁

1) Ayurveda coffee - made from chicory and brahmi. Recommended dosage is 1/4 - 1/2 tea spoon in mug. So I started with 1/2. And it was so fucking strong that it feel like I am taking magic mushroom at the begining ā˜„ and it give me shaking in arms as well. The taste wasn't that bad but still nearly no as good as coffee (I added goat milk in it). But I really do not like the smell.

2) Matcha latte - I am used to drink matcha so taste is pretty good. But later on I found out that in the oat milk there is sunflower oil add 🤮 (I should not drink cow milk for while too..). So maybe next time I will try it with goat milk.

If you have any recomendation what can substitute taste of coffee let me know šŸ™
