My answer: not yet. There are many experiments — from lightweight structures to semi- or fully prefabricated houses — but there isn’t one universal solution that fits every plot or every family.
I also don’t think our product will be for everyone. But if we can provide a real alternative for even 20% of families, that alone will make us competitive in this market.
🌍 Our philosophy is clear: to build homes with A+++ energy efficiency ratings, creating living spaces that remain the most cost-effective to operate in the long run. We’re not here to “throw something together” — but to build sustainable, livable homes for the future.
Some people compare reinforced concrete frame structures to the old “panel housing” programs. In reality, those projects from 50 years ago — despite their architectural and political compromises — are still structurally stable today, even though they were only designed for 40 years. Many of them will likely stand for another century.
