Do you use the ozone machine to purify air? Do you breath that air in?
Did you know that ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application in specific, adjunctive, or preventive therapy. #quackery
I've used it to clean a bathroom my cat got sick in. You're not supposed to breathe the ozone directly; it'll turn back to O2 quick enough.
Ozone is nasty, and smells nasty too. I always thought it was that smell like from electric powered bumper cars at carnivals but that is pleasantly tainted with the smell of burning copper, steel and zinc, and really very little ozone.
I never knew what ozone smelt like until I got a proper mercury vapor lamp and frankly I see no reason to ozonate the water, it is alread gonna have a nontrivial amount of air dissolved in it. Just give it a quick UVC blast and that's enough. Much simpler too.
