Nostr has helped me cut down on mindless scrolling time almost completely. I’ll scroll on here 10 min in the morning & 10 min in the evening usually. You guys seem to be pretty good filters of world news.

I find myself logging out of Instagram immediately these days. Just go there for my fiat friends memes. Deleted twitter months ago

Yea a quick scroll at the end of the day is nice to see what people are up to and what’s on their minds. Tubestr and integrated communities would be great too.
