Ga nostriches, an hour and a half before the chicken’s ready for dinner, right, time for a little ride while in the hillier part of the Isles.

A friend asked last week, “so mate, having any mid life crises at the moment” I said nah……. Totally overlooking the recently bought push bike, so blanked it up out so it isn’t all about buying shiny new things to make myself feel younger…….. the exercise and sunshine did that by itself!!!!
