Maybe we should make people pass the written and driving tests every time they renew.
And pass a civics test to vote.
make the civics test hard enough and you got yourself a dictatorship

Make it too easy and you get voters who don’t know the three branches of government and throw the words “fascist” and “democracy” around like they understand them.
