Exactly, for example take the shitty web page known as X. It's owner causes all kinds of shit posting bollocks and this makes governments sad, in fact Mr Musk often says oooh bad governments etc. but take away all that government cash and there goes Tesla, Space X and who knows what else. On one level it's silly games but on another, some pretty bad shit happens.
