Multivendor multisig would be a good option. Get 3 from different vendors. Safer then getting all of them from the same company

Which 3 vendors then?

Personally I would go with 3 signing devices that can handle psbt. Coinkite Coldcard, Foundation Passport, Seedsigner, Keystone Pro. All of these support PSBT.

I struggle with this. I use multi sig different vendors. I use off site storage for a key and count on a non btc person to sign a transaction as a worst case. Just getting them comfortable with key checks and the like.

My point a good plan includes ease of use.

Totally agree. Ease of use is important for you and for succession. Less potential for mistakes

Multivendor is nice as long as you make sure to never die. If you want there to be a reasonable chance that your heirs can access your #Bitcoin in the event of your unexpected passing I think the best course of action is to use one hardware wallet type (multisig), one wallet software, and get your family members to know it well.

For hardware wallet I use Coldcard.

I disagree. All good though
