Clients are centralized, are they not? If so, they could be pressured to commit client-wide censorship...
No - only "certain brand clients" who gives special caching / filtering /relay-aggregating service
can pick some set of relays but still gives user to override that when not traveling or anytime.
google "never pressure" u use chrome - it you who choose it or look for alternate firefox or brave - same thing
