a major factor in lower back pain is weak abdominal muscles, situps and leg lifts help a lot... start easy tho

i also have a standing desk for similar reasons too, i don't use it often but it's good for giving my core a bit of work, after about an hour i usually have to sit back down tho

Thanks for the helpful advice. I do need to do some sit ups for sure lol
