Where do you swap your xmr for btc ? Because major regulated exchanges with clear btc are delisting Monero, options are not regulated CEX and DEX where tainted btc will be present. Good luck...

the whole point is that taint is an arbitrary Chainanal and CEX definition we have no control over.
its a byproduct of a transparent ledger.
therefore two UTXOS with different histories are nonfungible by definition.
