At first check in dev settings that you run the latest beta27 version. If not, update in Update manager.
Then in related transaction detail, you should see the Retry button. Press it to receive.
That seems to have worked for all but one 2 day old transaction that still presents that error when I attempt to retry it.

Oh, disregard. I tried to receive again to get the error and it went through.
