I guess the point is that men find most women attractive, according to a rather predictable schema, but aren't motivated to to pursue some particular woman unless she sticks out to him for for some particular reason or due to circumstance (opportunity).

And a woman having unusually beautiful eyes or a charming smile completely destroys all models, but is difficult to account for, because it includes an expression made in some particular time and place.

Men don't find high intelligence per se attractive, which is a big difference to women, and something I find confusing.
