From what I can tell it looks like BitCard requires KYC to redeem cards which is disappointing

Wanted to test how that'd work but point I was trying to make is this looks to let people redeem on chain but only after KYC
That’s still better than nothing. I was assuming you couldn’t even access the network. Good news if true.
