It really is and if you try to replicate it just doesn’t taste the same

Best I can do is a list of ingredients and possibly measurements based on my hand.

I like for my soups to be different each time, so a list of ingredients is all I need. I've had someone get upset when I handed them a list. You are lucky you got that. 😂
