Unexpected visitors today. Fasted until 1830, and then had a slice of pizza with everyone.

I wasn't expecting to be around anyone. Thought I would be isolated for this experience. I didn't want to be the rude dieter person, so I had a bite. They understand, so it won't be awkward going forward. Resumed fast as of 1900hrs today.

This morning, I had coffee w/ broth, & hydrated throughout the day. Did not have a chance to get minerals, the day turned out quite different than I expected.

Is it considered not polite to fast in company of folks having meals? I didn't think this would be a thing.

Did not make any progress with work stuff. Spending time with other humans right now.

Tomorrow will be better, fasted, & remain that way. My fasting success will be 20/21 days, I guess 🤦🏻‍♀️.
